Our registered address is Bottelroosstraat 5-46, 9741 JD Groningen, the Netherlands. General enquiries: info@arzeni.nl. Customer service: support@arzeni.nl. Regulatory and data-protection matters: regulatory@arzeni.nl. KVK: 96865350. VAT ID: NL005233051B91.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE USE
Depending on how you use our store, we may process:
• Contact and delivery details, such as name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address.
• Order and transaction details, including products, payment status, returns, refunds, and customer-service correspondence. Payments are handled by payment providers; we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
• Account details if you create an account.
• Device and website-use data, such as IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.
• Marketing preferences and review content if you subscribe, submit a review, or interact with our marketing.

We receive data from you, automatically through the store and related technologies, and from service providers involved in operating the store and completing your order.

3. WHY WE USE IT AND OUR LEGAL BASES
We use personal data to:
• Take and fulfil orders, receive payment, deliver products, handle returns, and provide customer service. Legal basis: steps necessary to perform a contract.
• Keep accounting, tax, and other legally required records and respond to lawful requests. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Protect the store, prevent fraud, secure accounts, and establish or defend legal claims. Legal basis: legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
• Send promotional messages where permitted. We rely on your consent where required, or another lawful basis permitted for existing customers. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies only as allowed by law and your cookie choices. You can change your choices through the cookie settings on our website.

4. WHO MAY RECEIVE DATA
We share data only as needed with Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, IT and security providers, and customer-service providers. Depending on the apps and settings active in our store, this may also include email, review, analytics, or advertising providers. These providers may process information for us under their own privacy terms or, where applicable, as independent controllers. We may also disclose data when required by law or as part of a business transfer.

Shopify hosts the store and processes information about your use of it. Shopify may also process information for its own purposes under Shopify’s privacy policy. See https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, and provide information about them on request.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
We keep order and accounting records for the period required by Dutch tax law, generally seven years for relevant accounting records. Customer-service correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and maintain a reasonable record. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to a minimal suppression record so we can respect that choice. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected or required by law.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to legal conditions, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/. For data-protection requests, contact regulatory@arzeni.nl. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the legal time limit.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. This will not stop essential messages about an order or account.

8. COOKIES
Our store uses cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions. Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies should run only in line with your cookie choices and applicable law. Use the cookie settings link on the website to review or change your choices. The cookie banner and the actual technologies in use should be kept aligned with this policy.

9. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for marketing. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.

10. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The current version is posted on our website with its update date.
