Shipping policy

At Arzeni, we are committed to delivering our perfumes quickly, securely, and in full compliance with EU consumer protection laws. Below is our official shipping policy, applicable to all orders placed on our website within the European Union.


1. Shipping Locations

We ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as select EEA countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer service team at contact@arzeni.nl for further assistance.


2. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (on business days), excluding public holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Carriers

We currently offer tracked delivery via the following carriers:

  • PostNL

  • DHL

The shipping provider will be selected by the customer at checkout, depending on availability and location. Delivery times and options may vary based on the destination country.


4. Packaging & Protection

To ensure the safe delivery of our perfumes:

  • All items are packed with foam protection inside sturdy white cardboard boxes.

  • External packaging is sealed with Arzeni-branded tape.

  • Each perfume is packaged in a branded cardboard box and secured with a tamper-evident warranty void sticker.

    Important: If this warranty sticker is broken or removed, the product is considered opened and the warranty is void.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and the selected carrier. All shipping fees are displayed inclusive of VAT in accordance with EU regulation.


6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Netherlands 1–2 business days
EU countries 2–6 business days

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs checks, or external factors outside our control.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

In case of a lost or undelivered package, please contact us at [insert contact email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we may open a claim with the carrier.


8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, this right is waived if the warranty void sticker has been broken or removed, as the product is considered opened and no longer suitable for return for hygiene reasons (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)).

9. Customs, Duties & Import VAT (Non-EU Shipments)

For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import VAT. Arzeni is not liable for delays due to customs processing.
