TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms apply when you use the Arzeni online store or buy products from us. “Arzeni”, “we”, and “us” mean Arjen Zijlstra, trading as Arzeni, Bottelroosstraat 5-46, 9741 JD Groningen, the Netherlands, KVK 96865350. 2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We describe our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product images may look different on different screens. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. If we cannot accept an order or must cancel it, we will notify you and refund any payment received. You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us; once dispatched, the withdrawal rules in our Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds Policy apply.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Consumer prices include VAT where required by law. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or import charges are shown before you place the order, or are payable to the relevant authority when goods enter a destination country if stated at checkout. The price for your order is the price shown when you submit it. Payment is processed through the payment method selected at checkout.

4. DELIVERY
We deliver to destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown before purchase. Unless we agree another time, delivery will take place within 30 days. If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed or statutory period, you may have the right to set an additional reasonable period or cancel and receive a refund. The risk of loss transfers when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, subject to applicable law.

5. WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND LEGAL GUARANTEE
Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. EU consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. The withdrawal function in our online store and the return instructions are explained in our Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds Policy. Your legal guarantee of conformity continues to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website content, brand names, images, and designs belong to Arzeni or their respective rights holders. You may use the store for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use its content commercially without permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may link to or use third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform; the sale is between you and Arzeni.

8. LIABILITY
We remain responsible for our obligations under consumer law and for liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS
Dutch law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence. If you have a question or complaint, contact support@arzeni.nl so we can try to resolve it. You may also use any competent consumer dispute-resolution body or court available to you under applicable law.

10. CHANGES
We may update these terms for future use by publishing a revised version. The terms that apply to an order are the terms shown when you place that order, subject to mandatory law.
